Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Light yellow green, silver reflections. Fine yeast nuances, delicate yellow pear, fresh meadow herbs, mineral touch. Juicy, elegant and light on its feet, fine acidity, peach and lemon, salty aftertaste, some ripe apple on the finish.

More about the tasting

Citrus fruit and yeast with mineral undertones of shimmer and flint. Straightforward with crisp (but not green) acidity, good substance, animating palate, salty and mineral and with a fine tartness that refreshes and makes you want to take a bite. Character!
