The rosé wine Schlumberger S Rosé, vintage 2021 from the winery Domaines Schlumberger has been rated in 2022 by Anne Krebiehl MW with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Alsace in France.
Notes of ripe strawberry are laced with lemon on the nose. The palate carries on in that same way but also adds a lovely roundness and a subtle creaminess from wood fermentation in foudre, lending additional suppleness. An unusual but very gastronomic rosé in an Alsace style.
