Yeasty-spicy, mineral, herbs, lemon balm, lemongrass on the nose, good weight on the palate, well-balanced and softly grounded, lots of lime typicity, ripe acidity that blends beautifully with the body, a Riesling matured in a francophilic style, with very good substance and the best prognosis.
