Tasting from 16.04.2020: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog, Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter
Strong ruby, violet tints, broad bright rim. Fine tobacco wood savouriness, ripe plum fruit, dark berries underneath, a hint of orange zest. Medium complexity, taut texture, vivid tannins, some leather on the finish, delicate astringency on the aftertaste.
