Tasting from 24.04.2026: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Deep golden brown, orange reflections. Noble wood spice, nuances of roasted nuts, some dried figs and nougat, spicy hints of cinnamon, with a hint of orange blossom. Tightly woven and finely structured, sweet dates, fine, supporting tannins, salty, a hint of honey on the finish, taut and almost dry, very multi-faceted and with length, characterized by the extended wood maturation.
