It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Emilia-Romagna in Italy.
Dark ruby red with an aubergine coloured core. Lots of savouriness on the nose of black pepper and clove, later cooked plum and dark chocolate, elements of espresso. Dense and juicy on the palate, taut, tightly woven tannins that are still slightly drying at the end. Still needs time!
