Tasting Notes
Bright silver-grey with persistent mousse. The nose has a very clear aroma of ripe pear, green apple, acacia blossom and a hint of sugar melon in the background. On the palate with a beautiful fruity core, carries by a noticeable sweetness, overall round and balanced, for lovers of Cartizze rich in structure, with a noble finish of stewed pears.
