The red wine Nawari Pinot Nero Terre Siciliane IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Duca di Salaparuta has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 88 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Pinot Noir from the region Sicily in Italy.
Intense, dark, bright ruby red. The nose is initially full of rum-steeped fruit and sour cherries, followed by dried figs and light gunpowder. Delicate and fine on the palate, carried by wood spice and bitter nuances, then breaks down somewhat on the finish.
