Light greenish yellow with silver reflections. Delicate candied tangerine zest, a little apricot, a touch of lemon balm and some blossom honey. Light on its feet, with green apple and delicate meadow herbs, it has a racy structure, chalky minerality and is lemony. Makes you want a second glass; a very terroir-driven style.
