Light golden yellow with green hues, a fine mousse. Subtle brioche and caramel notes, a hint of orange peel, apricot, an inviting bouquet. Good complexity, tightly woven, a touch of nougat, ripe pear, mineral, very persistent, with a fruity-sweet finish.
