Bright, flint straw yellow. Initially grapey on the nose, then ripe pears, grapefruit, also waxy and light honey. Needs plenty of air, slightly phenolic on the palate, with a delicately bitter undertone, at the same time slightly salty, clean and clear on the finish, a unique interpretation that should be tasted. .
