The red wine Titolo by Amphora Aglianico del Vulture DOC, vintage 2017 from the winery Elena Fucci has been rated in 2020 by Ulrich Sautter with 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Aglianico from the region Basilicata in Italy.
Dark, bright, rich garnet. On the nose, ripe forest fruits, dried rose petal, a hint of marzipan, cinnamon, then ripe cherry again. On the palate with crisp, grippy tannins and beautiful density, mineral undertone, stretches far across the tongue, still very young, currently still drying out a little on the finish, should definitely rest in the bottle.
