Intense, radiant straw yellow with green-gold reflections, fine perlage. Typical notes of yeast ageing on the nose, reminiscent of fresh bread dough, followed by cold smoke and mirabelle plums. Lively and pleasantly dry on the palate, well-integrated acidity, spicy, lingering finish.
