Tasting Notes
Rich yellow-golden and cloudy. Spontaneous fermentation notes with an undertone of apple (most), also nutty aromas (Brazil nut), even balsamic. Soft and round in the mouth, almost viscous, yet very mineral and balanced by a fresh acidity. A wine that will either provoke indignation or enthusiasm. Ultimately a terroir wine that shows the aromatic potential of the variety with complexity and expressiveness - albeit in tertiary transformation. The finish even reveals fresh, fruity cassis aromas in the aftertaste - a miracle.
