Soft and round in the mouth, almost viscous, yet very mineral and balanced by a fresh acidity. A wine that will either provoke indignation or enthusiasm. Ultimately a terroir wine that shows the aromatic potential of the variety with complexity and expressiveness - albeit in tertiary transformation. The finish even reveals fresh, fruity cassis aromas in the aftertaste - a miracle.
