The red wine Prototipo 470.3 Toscana IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Fabbrica has been rated in 2020 by Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright, rich ruby red. An open-hearted nose of ripe wild berries and cherries, some strawberry jam and a fine spiced note. Juicy on the palate, it shows tightly woven tannins and plenty of drive. There's a repeat of the savoury note on the saline finish.
