The red wine Barolo del Comune di Serralunga DOCG, vintage 2016 from the winery Famiglia Anselma has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Nebbiolo from the region Barolo in Italy.
Bright ruby with garnet rim. Inviting bouquet of ripe cherry and elderberry, enveloped in delicate savouriness, cardamom and dark chocolate. Lively on the tongue, with fine-grained tannins, full of tension with a wiry structure, juicy on the finish with polish and good length.
