The red wine Coevo Toscana IGT, vintage 2015 from the winery Famiglia Cecchi has been rated in 2021 by Othmar Kiem with 92 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark shining ruby. Shows plenty of malt and milk chocolate on the nose, blackberry, ripe cherry and a touch of elderflower, with a leathery, savoury finish. Full-bodied and with a good presence on the palate, complex on the tongue, with a lot of drive, characterised by slightly drying tannins at the back, long finish.
