Bright pale yellow with olive green. Distinctly citrusy on the nose, underpinned by white blossom and light savouriness, with a subtle raspberry aftertaste. On the palate great creaminess and dancing acidity, racy, full-bodied, keeps coming back, with fine mint notes in the finish.
