Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep ruby garnet, firm core, violet reflections, delicate ochre rim. Dark berry fruit, underlaid with ripe plums, a hint of precious wood, some graphite, spicy bouquet. Juicy, good complexity, pleasant extract sweetness, elegant texture, integrated tannins, fine chocolate touch, well-matured variety representative.
