Delightfully old school: malty, ripe tones (almost "marsalato") enhance the fruit (banana chips, small red berries). In the mouth, the 100 per cent Primitivo is silky and finely nerved, has a mineral flow and appears almost delicate, despite its 15 per cent alcohol by volume. Elegance and playfulness, the alcohol disappears completely behind the minerality.
