Light, bright straw yellow with persistent mousse. On the nose clean notes of dried raspberries, wild berries, fine brioche tones, finishing with dark berries. Very balanced and fine on the palate, elegant, literally invites you to drink, CRISP and garnished with the finest salt on the finish.
