Tasting from 09.02.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright cherry red with a ruby red core. Restrained on the nose, vegetal notes, subtle hints of blueberries, reminiscent of lemongrass in the echo. Lots of juice on the palate, rich fruit core and fine-grained tannins, vegetal and delicately bitter in the finish, uncomplicated.
