The red wine L'Imperatore Chianti Classico Riserva DOCG, vintage 2014 from the winery Fattoria di Corsignano has been rated in 2019 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 86 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Malvasia Nera from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Intense, powerful ruby red with a light purple hue. Spicy and slightly oxidized nose of pepper and cardamom, with a finish of ripe dark berries and violets. Ferrous and firm on the palate, spreads out with loosely knit tannins. Medium-bodied and bitter on the finish.
