Clear, transparent cherry red with purple reflections. Sour cherry and subtle hints of plum on the nose, also reminiscent of pear drop, with notes of nutmeg on the finish. The palate has an animating interplay between freshness and dark fruit texture, with noticeable tannins on the finish and above-average length.
