Tasting from 26.11.2021: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Bright ruby colour with a slight garnet rim. Beautiful, distinctly fragrant nose, showing notes of ripe wild raspberries and dark cherry, some savoury bay leaf. Fine fruit on the nose, then opens up with grippy tannins, somewhat drying on the finish.
