Tasting from 17.10.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Rich ruby red with a purple shimmer. Very ripe plums and cherries on the nose, with a finish of cloves, tobacco and a hint of iodine. Clearly noticeable wood on the palate, mouth-filling, grippy tannins, rather short finish, becomes slightly bitter.
