Tasting Notes
A deep, dark ruby red, subtle purple hues. Ripe blackberries, a hint of dark chocolate, toast, dried rose petals and raspberry cordial on the nose. Balanced and elegant on the palate, enveloping, with tightly woven tannins, savoury, grippy on the finish.
More about the tastingDeep, rich ruby with a subtle purple tinge. Fine savoury-chocolate nose, followed by honeycomb and honey with overtones of very ripe cherry and blackberry. Initially juicy and savoury on the palate, stretches broadly over the tongue, unfortunately becomes a little brittle on the finish.
