Tasting from 26.03.2021: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Medium ruby with the first signs of ageing. Cherry, blueberries, coconut and subtle, spicy wood notes on the nose. Soft and round on the palate, yet surprisingly lean with spice and dark berry notes. Noticeable tannins, medium length.
