Tasting from 16.02.2024: Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Fruity, balsamic bouquet with notes of blackberry, black cherry and elderberry. There are also hints of dark baked bread and sumac. Soft and polished on the palate, with textured dark fruit and slightly noticeable tannins. Long finish.
