Tasting Notes
Alcohol cherry, buttery and smoky notes, some wood. Balanced and full-bodied on the palate: a crumbly tannin pressure gives fullness, the alcohol is well integrated, the acidity builds up tension without standing out. Compact, still youthful and closed finish. Needs a little more time, but can also be enjoyed now after 1-2 hours in a carafe with strong dishes.
