Tasting from 23.04.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Clear, light straw yellow, fine, persistent mousse. Very attractive and inviting nose, smells of white melon and peaches. Full-bodied and clear on the palate, salty, a slight bitter note on the finish does not distract from its overall appeal.
