Bright light golden yellow, with silver reflections. Delicate nuttiness underlying yellow pear fruit, ripe mango note, and a hint of orange confit, it opens well with some air. Nicely spicy on the palate, elegant, ripe yellow tropical fruit, subtle herbal savouriness, with a minerality and saltiness on the finish, and discreet sweetness on the back palate.
