Tasting Notes

Tasting from 17.02.2021: Ulrich Sautter

Blueberry, elderberry, cooked dark berries, somewhat buttery, with ethereal herbal notes. Juicy and very elegant on the palate, more Lafite than Mouton in style, fine tannin grain, mild acidity, tobacco flavours on the palate, hides its fruit density and also the alcohol quite well, subtle tactile mineral finish notes.
