Tasting from 22.03.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Dark ruby red, rich. Very spicy with a wood-dominated nose, with lots of earthy tones, plus raisins and dried figs, dried roses. The palate has equally ripe fruit notes, plus grippy tannins, which remain dominant and drying.
