Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Intense, brilliant cherry pink in appearance. On the nose, a slight hint of resin, then ripe cherries notes. On the palate, fine-grained tannins, good tension with some complexity, mineral undertones. Juicy and defined on the finish, needs air in the glass to fully develop.
