Tasting from 27.05.2022: Othmar Kiem, Simon Stafffler

Bright yellow colour. The nose opens with notes of tangerine and acacia flowers with a heady lift. The palate shows great tension and some initial slightly salty notes, followed by notes of fresh apple. This finish is rather short.
