Spicy aroma with apple, Mirabelle plum, peach, garden herbs, cider, crushed rock, a hint of aniseed. On the palate it shows with a calm flow, finely chiselled, carrying acid vein, which corresponds well with the fine fruit sweetness, apple and yellow stone fruit, cultivated phenolics, spicy-mineral.
