Pale straw yellow with silver reflections. Fine and persistent mousse. A rich, elegant and complex bouquet on the nose, characterised by rose notes and fruity hints of ripe golden apples and ripe pears. Good structure on the palate, creamy and enveloping mousse. Well-integrated sweet and sour flavour. Long finish.
