Lime on the nose blends in with the subtle richness of dandelion blossom. Smoke and lime curd lend highlights. The texture is rich and unusual, from 20% fermentation on skins. Subtle oak ageing also adds a tender nutty dimension and turns this into a sophisticated, smooth wine with supreme freshness. Beautiful.
