Tasting from 28.05.2021: Othmar Kiem und Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red. Elegant savouriness on the nose, ripe raspberry, ripe strawberry, a hint of violets, roasted almonds and fine savouriness: inviting. Harmonious and balanced on the palate, with elegant fruit texture and balanced progression. Plenty of finesse, juice and salt and a delicate aftertaste on the finish. Excellent to drink.
