Brilliant straw yellow. Amazing, inviting nose of juicy lemon, cold smoke, sea salt, and an aftertaste of flint and white peach. On the palate with fine texture and racy acidity, it has a clear salty element and seems almost stony. Confident and racy it finishes full and precise.
