Tasting from 31.12.2018: Simon Staffler, Othmar Kiem

Radiantly intense Aperol orange. Multi-layered nose of ripe raspberries, flint, grapefruit, a touch of vanilla, then raspberry cordial again. The palate is balanced and very well balanced, pithy and with fine texture, lively yet noble, persistent and harmonious until the finish.
