The red wine Brunello di Montalcino DOCG, vintage 2019 from the winery Franco Pacenti has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Ruby red with a garnet rim. Ripe strawberry, ivy and roasted almonds on the nose, accompanied by balsamic notes. Also has a balsamic undertone on the palate, showing firm drive, ripe fruit and fruity texture, unfortunately becoming a little broad-meshed and vegetal in the finish.
