Tasting from 29.10.2020: Peter Moser, Ulrich Sautter, Benjamin Herzog und Dominik Vombach

Medium crimson garnet, ochre reflections, broader brightening on the rim. Delicate red berry bouquet, a hint of fresh cherries, fine herbal notes, candied orange zest in the background. Medium-bodied, silky and balanced, red fruit also on the palate, integrated tannins, discreet extra fruit expression on the finish, an elegant food wine, already easy to drink.
