Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 10.02.2017: Peter Moser und Ulrich Sautter

Deep dark ruby garnet, firm core, violet reflections, delicate watery rim. Intense black berry confit, fine ethereal nuances, some coconut and precious wood spice. Very powerful, complex, sweet berry confit, present tannins, chocolaty texture, stylistically approaching that of a vintage port, mineral and persistent, will benefit from further bottle ageing.
