Tasting Notes

Tasting from 14.02.2019: Peter Moser

Bright ruby with purple reflections and delicate rim brightening. Spicy, black cherry and sour cherry, nutty touch, fine herbal savouriness and dark minerality. Juicy with good complexity, pleasant extract sweetness, fresh and substantial, plum and blackberry on the finish, very good length, some rancio, has development and certain ageing potential.
