Intense, bright golden yellow. A somewhat washed out aroma of yellow apple and cider pear, with a hint of vegetal notes, some bell pepper and green gooseberry. Crisp on the palate, very vivid acidity, somewhat choppy on the palate, medium-bodied, quite short on the finish.
