Intense, bright straw yellow with light gold and persistent mousse. Very fragrant on the nose, with notes of banana, mango, juicy yellow peach, ripe pear, a hint of sage, cold smoke and the finest oak. Equally expressive fruit on the palate, very well-integrated mousse, with a delicately bitter, animating and vibrant finish.
