Clear grey-yellow with green reflections and fine-grained mousse. Slightly restrained on the nose, reminiscent of fresh apple and with a subtle herbal note and yeasty hints, with a hint of wet stone on the finish. Hearty and full-bodied on the palate, with a distinct fruity texture and little mousse, dominated by the sweetness of the fruit and remains somewhat cloudy.
More about the tastingBright silver green with a fine mousse. Fresh pome fruit on the nose, with floral notes and light yeasty notes. Fruity notion on the palate, well-integrated mousse and hints of citrus, unfortunately somewhat washed out in the finish.
