0.0% alcohol by volume. Pear juice, blossom honey and vanilla on the nose, a rather opulent nose. A relatively brisk mousse on the palate, the finish combines substance and freshness, and picks up the intense vanilla aromas and the aromas of cider and poiré. Good medium length.
